PREGNANCY AT 2MONTHS AND 9DAYS

at a month and 2weeks i had bleediingfor 3days.i went for scan the result negative. now my toomy is growing big and my breast also.my lower abdomen and my back feels slightly heavy as if i am pregnant. i can not go to clinic because i am not sure.
